PGandE Shutdown Day One: Shots Fired, Curfew Enacted, Police Out In Force!

Day One of PGandE's power cuts, and already shots are allegedly fired at PGandE trucks, eggings, and police are bolstering numbers as cities enact CURFEWS in a bid to "prevent opportunities for crimes." Gas stations are not pumping. And PGandE's website...is still broken.

UPDATE: there seems to be an alternative purpose to this strange happening that cannot yet be disclosed; the aim of which is actually the opposite of what the media is reporting.
