this tragedy of “friendly fire” *killing Israeli IDF could be a siman that

When a Jew dies (for whatever reason) we say Boruch Dayan HaEmes. [blessed Judge of truth]

An IDF fighter was killed by gunfire in a training accident overnight Tuesday, during an exercise that took place at the Paratroopers Air Base in southern Israel. The military police are investigating the incident. The soldier’s family was notified.

The serious accident happened during an exercise of a company of the 202nd Paratroopers Battalion, as part of “War Week.” The soldier was hit from a distance of about 250 meters. He was the standard bearer, whose role was to mark the force that was firing as part of an encirclement maneuver, on its way to attack its targets.

The exercise was carried out under the direct supervision of the deputy battalion commander and the company commander.    [good grief, what were they thinking?]

Preliminary findings suggest the soldier was well marked with a light and there was no reason to mistake his presence there and his role.   [must not be deliberate??]

Mother of soldier killed in accident: 'They murdered him during training'
'With proper and appropriate treatment at the right time my son would still be here with me,' Rachel Yisraelov, mother of Or, 19, says.

Rachel Yisraelov, the mother of the soldier who was killed in a training accident earlier this week, criticized the IDF's actions and blamed the commanders for not evacuating her son to the hospital in time.

"They murdered him in a training accident," she said. "A minute before he told them that it wasn't safe - did anyone listen to him? A friend who sits with him at meals shot him.”

Two days earlier, he told me that there would be a helicopter there so that if G-d forbid people were injured, they could fly them to Soroka. There was nothing, nothing. He was killed on the spot. I don't buy the bull****, they could have flown him in a helicopter and saved his life.”

Yisraelov stressed, "He did not take a bullet to the head. With proper and appropriate treatment at the right time my son would [still] be here with me, I would have received him wounded, I would have taken care of him.”

Detention Orders continue .....

Defense Minister Gallant: Settlers are law-abiding citizens, rioters are not from the area

Minister Yoav Gallant called recent violent riots by Jews in Judea and Samaria a "dangerous social phenomenon that has to be fought." [covering a....]

MK BETZALEL SMOTRICH:

“Instead of protecting the security of the citizens of Israel, Minister Gallant is busy playing media games on the backs of the settlers in Judea and Samaria. Minister Gallant leaks to the media from his office and briefs journalists like he is one of those who seek to destroy the settlements, and this is done instead of conducting himself as would be expected and according to the law by first delivering the orders [to the defendants] in an orderly and legal manner," the organization stated.

"The minister, in his conduct, is adding sin to crime. The blood is not yet dry from the severe attacks that the settlement experienced just a few days ago, and instead of giving security, the minister chose to violate human rights in the most inhumane way. Shameful."

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich issued a scathing rebuke to Gallant over the administrative detention orders.

"Against lawbreakers, criminal measures must be taken, and if only the systems were more professional and less lazy, they would be more than enough. The use of administrative detention against settlers is democratically and morally wrong. When its purpose is not to prevent future risk, but to settle accounts with the detainees for past acts attributed to them, it is also totally illegal," Smotrich wrote on Twitter.

this is the timesofisrael take on the situation; let’s see what the JPress uncovers

Gallant orders detention without charges for 4 Israelis over West Bank riots

Suspects were known to police and security forces, are allegedly responsible for torching Palestinian homes and cars last week; far-right cabinet ministers decry move.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant signed administrative detention orders on Wednesday to hold four Jewish extremists involved in recent attacks against Palestinians without charges, in line with recommendations from the Shin Bet security service.

The four are currently imprisoned, the Defense Ministry confirmed. Administrative detention enables them to be held in custody without charges for renewable six-month periods, practically indefinitely.

The measure, which is rarely used against Jewish Israelis, comes amid mounting pressure on Israel to curb a recent spate of vigilante attacks on Palestinian villages, which followed a Palestinian terror shooting that killed four Israelis last week.

A senior defense official said that “the four detainees have been involved for years in violent incidents, both open and secret.”

“In the past, they were detained and restraining orders were issued, but despite this, they have continued with their actions,” the official said, alleging that the four were behind the torching of several Palestinian homes and vehicles last week.

Administrative detention can be employed when the military or Shin Bet can provide evidence of suspects posing an immediate danger, but detainees are not granted access to the often-classified evidence against them. While it is rarely used against Jewish suspects, nearly 1,000 Palestinians are currently held in custody under the practice.

The controversial practice is one of the few tools available to the defense minister to combat Jewish extremism in the West Bank. As Israel has extended much of its laws over Israeli citizens within the territory, criminal matters largely fall under the purview of the police and the civilian judicial system.

Palestinians, by contrast, are subject to martial law.

National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir of the far right Otzma Yehudit (Jewish Power) party slammed the administrative detentions as disproportionate, saying that while the police and Shin Bet have not cracked down on crime in the Arab community, “boys suspected of setting fire to property — a crime worthy of condemnation and strict police treatment —  immediately get the Shin Bet and administrative detentions.”

Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, who leads the far-right Religious Zionism party and is also an independent minister in the Defense Ministry, said that “the use of administrative detentions against settlers is democratically and morally wrong.”

Smotrich implied that Gallant signed the orders in order to exact revenge, tweeting that: “When its purpose is not to prevent future risk but to settle accounts with the detainees due to past acts attributed to them, it is also completely illegal.”

He insisted that “lawbreakers must be dealt with through criminal law,” and appeared to attack the police, saying that “if only the systems were more professional and less lazy, they would be more than enough.”

Gallant has held several closed-door meetings with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Ben Gvir, and the military chief of staff since riots, vandalism, and violence by Jewish Israelis against West Bank Palestinians restarted last week, on the heels of the Palestinian shooting attack outside the settlement of Eli.

Gallant was said to express his intention during those meetings to take action against settler violence.

Ben Gvir, a far-right settlement advocate who ran a network of extremist activists before joining politics, reportedly blocked the coalition from condemning settler actions after a Tuesday meeting with Netanyahu and Gallant. Instead, he called for a harsher crackdown on Palestinians.

Ben Gvir also reportedly accused the other participants of blowing the issue out of proportion, calling settler vigilantes “sweet kids” who are turned into adults by being put in administrative detention.

“I got my [detention] order at 18. You’re turning snot-nosed kids into heroes,” he was quoted as saying by the Kan public broadcaster.

In the wake of the terror attack on June 20, hundreds of settlers rampaged in Palestinian towns and villages for five days, setting fire to homes, cars, and even opening fire in some cases. One Palestinian was killed Wednesday in unclear circumstances. [me: ok, who had the guns? who fired them? who killed the arab? I doubt the “detainees” had guns, so this is giving the illusion that the snot-nosed kids had guns???]

One riot in the village of Turmus Ayya, during which the Palestinian was killed and 12 others were injured, involved arson, vandalism, and live fire. Earlier this year there was a brutal rampage in the Palestinian village of Huwara, also following a deadly Palestinian terror attack.

The violence has received international condemnation and reignited a nationwide conversation on Jewish extremism and the proper role of police and security establishment in its countering.

Reserve general Eitan Dangot, who retired in 2014 as the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, slammed the continued violence as a political failure bearing security consequences.

“This is a time of emergency,” Dangot told Army Radio on Monday.

Honenu, an organization that defends far-right activists, alleged that no detention orders had been received by settlers, Shin Bet detainees, or their lawyers, and accused Gallant of “playing media games on the backs of the settlers” instead of “worrying about the security of the citizens of Israel.”

“The minister’s conduct adds insult to injury. Blood has not yet dried from the terrible terror attacks that the settler community experienced just a few days ago, and instead of providing security, the minister chose to critically infringe upon human rights. Shame,” the statement continued.

This is the usual UN nasty stuff:

“I am particularly alarmed by the extreme levels of settler violence, including large numbers of settlers, many armed, systematically attacking Palestinian villages, terrorizing communities, sometimes in the proximity of Israeli security forces,” Wennesland said.

“Israel, as the occupying power, has an obligation to protect Palestinians and their property,” Wennesland said.  [who is occupying who??]

“Unless decisive steps are taken now to rein in the violence, there is a significant risk that events could deteriorate further,” Wennesland told the council, noting the “constant risk” that the unrest could spill over into the Gaza Strip.  [where terror originates, and is taught to children?]

Rabbi Weissman: HaRav Moshe Feinstein zt”l Igros Moshe Even HaEzer

Lots of important material follows the article.  I attached a scan of the letter from Rav Moshe Feinstein discussed below in the original Hebrew.

Rav Moshe Feinstein on Homosexuality

In Igros Moshe Even HaEzer 4:113 Rav Moshe Feinstein responded to a question that concerned a husband who, unbeknownst to his wife at the time they married, turned out to be engulfed in homosexual behavior. Could the marriage be annulled due to mekach ta'us (a purchase made under false pretenses), or would the wife require a get [writ of divorce] as is standard?

After a Talmudic analysis, Rav Moshe writes as follows:

“Regarding the matter at hand, since we find that a great blemish is in essence a mekach ta'us even regarding a woman [who married a man with a great blemish]...it stands to reason that in this case, that the husband is engulfed in lying with other men, which is the greatest of all abominations and the most repulsive, and it is a shameful matter to the entire family, and even more so it would be exceedingly shameful to his wife if her husband prefers this repulsive act of relations in place of lying with his wife – this is certainly a marriage under false pretenses, and it is clear to us that no woman would be pleased to marry a person who is obscene, repulsive, and scornful like this.

“And if immediately when she found out about this she left him, it stands to reason that if it is impossible to obtain a get [writ of divorce] from him, she can be released [from the marriage] from the law of kiddushei ta'us [an erroneous marriage that can be annulled]. However, if it is possible to obtain a get, it is necessary to endeavor however possible to obtain a kosher get, for if he is not engulfed in this [behavior], but it came upon him a certain time due to his evil inclination overpowering him, perhaps it should not be considered a kiddushei ta'us, even though he is a full-fledged wicked person even because of one time [engaging in this behavior]…

“...And if this came from a sort of insanity, being that it is against the ways of nature, it is certainly a blemish, for since it came from a position of insanity, it is likely to lead to other insane behaviors. But in essence [this behavior comes] from a position of wickedness and obscenity, which is also a ta'us [and grounds to annul a marriage].”

The letter is dated 10 Sivan 5738 (June 15, 1978).

Our generation has sunk to such a low level that the following comment will come as a surprise to many people.

Rav Moshe's words about homosexuality are not controversial.

Rav Moshe's portrayal of homosexuality in such harsh terms was not his personal opinion, an “interpretation”, or even a halachic ruling. It is the Torah's plain position on homosexuality from time immemorial. It isn't open to debate, and never was.

The question was not about “accepting” people who “identify” as homosexuals, or accommodating them in the community, let alone embracing and celebrating them. It was about whether this behavior is repulsive to the extent that it is grounds to annul a marriage retroactively without a get, which entails adultery and mamzeirus if one rules incorrectly.

What changed in the 45 years since Rav Moshe wrote these words? Back then even the goyim were ashamed of this behavior and generally regarded it with contempt. It was a slur, a schoolyard insult. Really, what changed? Did the world become a more loving and tolerant place? Are people kinder and more considerate? Has society engaged in mass character development? Unless you live in a very sheltered environment, you would probably agree that just the opposite has occurred. We have not lived through an era of progress, but regress (as well as an era of people calling things the opposite of what they are.)

The unlettered masses and rabbinic posers of today, who aren't worthy of cleaning Rav Moshe's floor, are not bigger tzaddikim than Rav Moshe. They did not discover a new insight about treating people properly that Rav Moshe was unaware of. They did not achieve a new understanding of homosexuals that would have changed everything had only Rav Moshe been brought up to speed.

What changed in the last 45 years is that society has sunk to an extremely low level, likely one of the lowest spiritual levels in history. The Jewish people have been greatly influenced by the goyim, and some of the worst goyim at that. Jews who are very distant from the Torah want to be influenced by the goyim, and strive to mimic them – even outdo them – as an escape from being God's chosen people, even a sort of penance. But even Jews who would martyr themselves for the sake of Torah have been poisoned by the spiritual deterioration of the world all around them.

Whether they embrace “modernity” or shelter themselves to some degree from it, our collective sensitivity has been greatly eroded.

In many parts of the Orthodox world (or the parts of the Jewish world that refer to themselves as Orthodox) a rabbi who wrote Rav Moshe's words today would not be hireable. Not only would he not be hireable, he would be condemned in the strongest of terms by almost all parts of society, and even his few friends would be afraid to publicly support him.

After all, they have families to feed and children to marry off.

Rav Moshe would be urged by his more moderate and practical rabbinic colleagues to tone it down, keep his views private, stay away from controversy. These cowards in positions of leadership would publicly distance themselves from the Gadol HaDor. They would have excellent excuses: they need to maintain funding for their yeshivas, and preserve their enrollment, and continue to spread Torah, and prevent anti-semitism, and many other reasons the clever, fearful Jewish mind can conjure up to rationalize anything.

In vernacular terms, much of the “Orthodox” Jewish world would throw Rav Moshe under the bus and cancel him like the lowest of criminals or conspiracy theorists if he wrote these words today. And the ones who didn't would nervously keep their distance.

Shame on us. What a disgrace.

In the last 45 years the Jewish world has allowed the dregs of Western society to erode its moral bearings.

“We are not condemning the sinner, but the sin.”

Who came up with that nonsense, anyway? Since when is a person not evaluated based on his actions? Since when does the Torah not condemn sinners? Since when are sins some amorphous concept floating around somewhere that have no meaningful connection to the one who commits them?

“It's fine to be homosexual as long as you don't engage in the act.”

Sure, and it's fine to be a murderer as long as you don't murder anyone, and a thief and an adulterer too. Who wouldn't want to identify as the most repulsive of things so long as he doesn't engage in the repulsive acts associated with this identity?

“It's permitted for two gay people who are deeply in love to shack up together as roommates as long as they don't engage in the act.”

Yeah, right. As Rav Moshe wrote, “he is a full-fledged wicked person even because of one time”. They did it before, and they will do it again.

“We shouldn't care what people do in the privacy of their bedroom.”

Except the Torah does. Very much. Especially when they flaunt it and demand we embrace them in our shuls and communities without so much as a disapproving look.

“Why are you so hung up on this? Are you repressing your own inner homosexual desires?”

You wish. “Why are you making such a big deal out of this sin, and not, say, cheating in business?”

We should try to rectify all the sins in our society. That said, I don't know of any mass movement by the pork-eating community or the financial fraud community to infiltrate and overtake society, to groom children (after all, unlike the rainbow people, pork-eaters don't have to be creative about reproducing and making it to the next generation), to viciously intimidate and cancel anyone who doesn't surrender to their demand of the week, to work to demonize and criminalize any effort to assist people who want to leave this “community”, and to demand unconditional love (or else) with no regard for even being likable.

Our world is afflicted with many sins, all of which are serious and worthy of being addressed, but the rainbow terrorist movement stands alone for organized moral degeneracy. When God referred to this sin as an abomination, it wasn't a lucky guess.

I don't care if people call me names. I don't care if citing Rav Moshe Feinstein and expounding on his words (again, it's the Torah truth from time immemorial) makes me unhireable or unmarriageable, or even gets me put on some list. Go ahead, put me at the very top of the list. It's still the truth, and a Jew who believes in God and the Torah must stand for it even if he pays a price.

Hashem brought us back to Israel to rebuild Jerusalem, not Sodom.

Many people with direct knowledge attest that a high percentage of people with homosexual tendencies are victims of abuse. Those who wish to recover from their wounds, who wish to do teshuva for their sins and live a healthy life in accordance with nature and Hashem's will, will receive nothing but love and support from the Jewish people. All of us have our baggage and struggles, and the door is always open to those who wish to return, up to their very last moment in this world.

However, those who identify as sinners, who are proud to be sinners, who pervert the Torah to define their sin out of existence, who devote their lives to eroding people's sensitivities and preying on children to perpetuate the cycle of abuse – those people have no place in our community, not now, not ever.

As Rav Moshe wrote 45 years ago, they come from a place of wickedness and obscenity. It wasn't controversial then, and it isn't controversial now. It's the straight truth.

The degenerates are waging a war against Hashem, and it will not end well for them. Those in our community who pander to them will share their fate. Those who are silent now will be silent as well before the Heavenly Court.

Either you stand with Rav Moshe, the Torah, and Klal Yisrael, or you stand with those who are waging war against Hashem. There is no middle ground, and you have to pledge allegiance to one or the other.

I made my choice. What's yours?

Epoch Times wrote about the incident here.

I've obtained exclusive video and posted it on my Rumble channel.

The assault took place at The Beacon tavern in Marblehead, at a political event for Jenny Armini. One of the people who went after the Jewish protestor was her husband, Michael Armini. David Kay, a campaign treasurer, was also charged.

Contrary to reports from the "Combat Anti-Semitism Movement" (CAM), numerous attacks against Jews have been coming from the "left" (Antifa, LGBT terrorists, etc.), but they are covered up because they don't suit the narrative.

THE COST OF SILENCE IS DESTRUCTION

BS”D

Agudas Anshei Emes, Rabbi Boruch Weiss

The Cost of Silence is Destruction

Hashem makes this abundantly clear throughout the Torah. Now we have to make the hard choices ourselves. Looking back at history, how can we even have a question?

The Gemara in Shabbos נ״ה quotes the posuk in Yechezkel, in which Hashem instructed the Malach Gavriel to place a “Tav” for “Tichyeh,” in ink, on the foreheads of the tzaddikim, in order that the destroying angels would skip over them when punishment would be meted out to the wicked during the destruction of the Bais Hamikdash.

The prosecuting angel said to Hashem, “Why should the tzaddikim be spared? They saw the sins being committed and they said nothing.”

Hashem answered “It is revealed and known before Me that even if they would have rebuked the sinners, it would not have made a difference.”

The prosecution said “It is known to You that it would not have helped, but it was not known to them. They had a duty to protest.”

HKB”H agreed, and the tzaddikim were then marked with a Tav for “Tamus”- to die, and to be punished first, before the sinners. Because they did not speak out against the sins.

This Gemara should make anyone shudder.

We have a holy Torah! We have a Mesora! NOTHING has changed in the Torah, and it never will.

We know what is required! We know clearly what is permitted and what is an abomination.

The need for public reproof has not “changed with the times.” When a Rabbi says “today we don’t shame people,” he is wrong. He may not realize it, but he’s changing the Torah.

The Halacha never changes. According to our Mesora, when people are publicly committing severe aveiros and leading others astray, they DO need to be called out and severely shamed publicly. It is not the time to worry about “their feelings” when they are leading Klal Yisrael off a cliff. It is not “Sinas Chinam,” nor is it a “lack of Ahavas Yisrael.” To the contrary, our Ahavas Yisrael for the community demands that we decry their actions, to prevent grave harm to the public.

“Ahavas Yisrael” must stem from “Ahavas Hashem.” Love for our fellow must always follow the Torah. It isn’t a blind “love and tolerate everyone,” the empty words the secular world trumpets to normalize every sin and destroy society.

In the Gemara Shabbos קי״ט , we are told that Yerushalayim was destroyed because the people did not reprove one another.

We now see the meaning of this Gemara clearly in front of our eyes, as the most horrific happenings are entering our own camps - and the response is silence, or even defense of those who commit unspeakable public acts.

Breaches are being made in Klal Yisrael that never, ever occurred in our entire history as a Nation - but most are too timid to say anything, or worse, they have accepted the evil as good.

I cry out to you: Do not say that you don’t want to know about this, that it doesn’t apply to our insulated communities, that if we focus on it, that will make it happen, chas veshalom, etc.

No. OUR CHILDREN are being TARGETED, Rachmana Litzlan, for a new kind of “off the derech.” A cult which claims you can be Orthodox while your entire lifestyle is sin. They have invented a “new Torah” in which one can be committing the most disgusting acts, and ruining their life as well, but still demand acceptance within the frum community. In this way, they normalize the craziness and drag more people down with them.

I realize that many people reading this are not yet familiar with the topic and are disturbed by even having to learn about it. If you believe this doesn’t apply to you, here are two reasons why it does:

First of all, it is necessary to strengthen the strong. Rav Sholom Schwadron once gave a talk on the gravity of the sin of Chilul Shabbos - to an audience of yere’im u’shlaimim. When he was questioned as to why he was “preaching to the choir,” he explained, in other words, that we must pour water on the place where the fire has not yet caught, in order to avoid it spreading further.

Secondly, I beg you, do not be so confident in our safety. I know for a fact that the churban has reached into Flatbush and Boro Park already. Those who made and attended a “wedding” between two women (Afra lepumay) in New Jersey last week wore long sleeved gowns and shaitels. Their friends and relatives are people that our friends know. This is not far away from us.

There is a very evil agenda and unbelievably wicked people behind this. It has not arisen and spread naturally. Rather, it is being pushed by huge forces with unlimited billions to spend. With the popularization of “transgender,” the reshaim score many of their goals at once. They depopulate, they destroy the nuclear family, they gain control, and they distract everyone from the other rishus they are doing to solidify their tyrannical reign over us, Hashem yishmor.

It is critical to be aware that there are therapists who call themselves Orthodox and who promote to’eiva. If someone – even a child – comes to them with some troubling feelings, instead of helping the person as they should, the therapist pushes the individual into a full-blown life of to’eiva - condemning them to not only spiritual destruction, but destruction of their life and of the generations that were supposed to come from them, as well.

I implore you to not hide your head in the sand. We are in a GLOBAL WAR. Refusing to acknowledge the war and to help fight it hurts Klal Yisrael and does not contribute to your safety.

Consider this:

One of the organizations promoting the transgender cult, JQY, received ONE MILLION DOLLARS specifically to target FRUM kids, and they have eagerly started their work.

PIC(at https://netzachyisrael.substack.com/p/the-cost-of-silence-is-destruction?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=891100&post_id=129578957&isFreemail=true&utm_medium=email)

https://www.jqyouth.org/media1/

“Drop in centers” with food, activities, and “friendship” are planned for FOUR frum communities.

A horrific video, “GESHMAK TO BE A QUEER,” leaves no doubt that it’s the Heimishe segment of the religious community that they have targeted for destruction (who else uses the word “geshmak?”)

Geshmak? What is “geshmak” about living a life of to’eiva? About not knowing if one is a boy or a girl, about taking hormones that make you sick in order to have the appearance of the opposite gender, undergoing life-altering surgeries in order to pretend to be the opposite gender, becoming sterilized, never having a normal marriage or children, and having a very high rate of suicide, depression, and homelessness?

Of the very few whom I have seen speaking up, here is one brave voice. I am quoting excerpts here from an article which, to my surprise, appeared on Israel National News last week.

A simple protest - because, pride lobby, the Torah is not changing

In the Orthodox coddling of LGBT in its ranks, the emperor has no clothes! He is not wearing alternative garb, he is distorting Torah! Op-ed

Rabbi Steven Pruzansky

…“The opposite of this is an equal problem: to show so much “love” that you are misrepresenting the real love of G-d, and are forsaking G-d’s truth in the process. You are so afraid of saying something that might push away the one to whom you are speaking that you cease to say anything at all controversial or potentially disagreeable.”

So writes the American religious and cultural commentator Eric Metaxas in his recent book … Metaxas’ starting point was the anti-Nazi German pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer who tried to arouse the German church in the 1930’s to oppose the Nazi persecution of the Jews. After spending several years in America, he returned to Germany in 1939, was imprisoned by the Nazis in 1943, and executed in April 1945, just one month before the war’s end.

Bonhoeffer failed to convince his clerical colleagues to challenge the Nazis for reasons some of which should sound familiar to us. They were afraid of antagonizing the Nazis, they were not that sympathetic to Jews in the first instance, they saw the big picture and wished to focus on teaching religion, or they just did not want to get involved in politics, controversies, or cultural issues. Bonhoeffer was horrified by this spiritual neglect and condemned them for their failures and the emptiness of the (“religion”) they preached.

While the Nazi horrors are sui generis, Metaxas sees a similar dynamic at play today in his denomination’s reluctance to tackle the cultural and moral issues currently roiling American society. He mentions a number of such issues. One … stands before us as we endure yet another “pride” month. For how long will we remain silent? The easy road is to say nothing, ignore it, move on, focus on other matters, and wait it out, even as the society built on certain moral (and biological) assumptions collapses around us.

… it is the infiltration of this agenda into the Orthodox world that demands we raise our voices and state the obvious: the Torah world will never accept same (gender) marriages or the cult of transgenderism. Period. We should stop pretending that accommodation is possible. It is not.

For almost two decades now, any open discussion of these matters has been stifled by the well-funded activists, with the now familiar litany of accusations: any dissenting voice endangers their lives, encourages bullying and suicide, is cruel and unkind, insensitive and a waste of our time and energy. Those who oppose the agenda are, by their definition, haters, bigots, suffer from a phobia, and are all “obsessed.”

And too many rabbis have responded with such banalities as “there are more important issues to discuss,” “this requires nuance” (a word that apparently means “saying and doing nothing”), “now is not the time” (the appropriate time never comes), or pandering to the mob out of an excess of sensitivity and compassion – while fearing for their jobs, a loss of respect, cancel culture, media attacks, and the like.

And so, we refuse to face the issue head on. Which means what?

It should be stated openly. The LGBT movement, especially in its Orthodox incarnation, is the modern rebellion against Torah, no different than any other rebellious movement against Torah in our history beginning with that of Korach. It makes no difference whether the rebellion is conscious or unconscious; rebellion it is.

The Conservative Jewish movement first strayed by abolishing the mechitzah in shuls, as part of its general conception of an evolving Mesorah. That revolution pales before the LGBT insurrection, which seeks to literally excise a prohibition from the Torah, mocks the very definition of marriage, denies the reality that God created human beings “male and female,” and not three or six or sixty-four genders, as some would have it. It is the very essence of a heretical movement.

Rather than be challenged and distanced, if necessary, as the non-Orthodox movements were, they are coddled, especially when they threaten to “leave Orthodoxy.” We then distort the Torah, and in the process cheat our children … Our youth are being raised to think that what is abnormal is quite normal, that what is unnatural is quite natural, that what is a sign of mental illness is just self-actualization that should be encouraged, patronized, and subsidized. No wonder there is such mass confusion, dysfunction, and unhappiness.

Increasingly, Orthodox Jews are being compelled (in truth, many go quite willingly) to participate in charade weddings, complete with “clergy,” rings, blessings, a chuppah, and, of course, the broken glass. All this in the guise of “maintaining the friendship, rallying around the family, trying to keep the child in the fold” that he or she has already left – and in the process, they betray what is most dear to them and trample on the integrity of the Torah.

It is all one big game of pretend, in which no one is allowed to state the quiet part aloud: the emperor has no clothes! It is not that he is wearing alternative garb.

Do we ponder the ramifications of celebrating a sham wedding that defiles the very concept of marriage and family?

Do we even take a moment to consider that a four-year-old girl who thinks she is a boy needs her parents to take her to a competent mental health professional – not a surgeon?

It is hard to imagine a greater act of child abuse to which children – teens and younger – are being subjected, and all in the name of the golden calf of compassion.

Can’t we just admit that the pronoun game … is silly, and disturbing?

We help no one by mainstreaming mental illness or by egging on people who need therapy. And those who do not protest are accomplices to a rebellion against Torah.

(End of quotes.)

Who is going to cry out unequivocally for Hashem, for the Torah, and to save Klal Yisrael?

The sins and the sinners must be condemned and mocked in the strongest possible terms. It is a Mitzva to hate them, to fight with them, and to foil their plans in whatever way you can.

Tehillim 139:21-22

(See Mishna Berura Siman Alef Bi’ur Halacha

Dibur Hamaschil V’lo Yisbayish, עיין שם.)

There must be ZERO acceptance of these actions or people within our communities.

You may have been unaware until this point - but now, you must know.

You must protest this in every way.

And, you must distance yourself from everyone who promotes or expresses approval of these aveiros - such as JOWMA and Shalom Task Force (as I have previously documented at length.)

May Avinu Av Harachaman have mercy on us and see our efforts, and may He assist us by destroying the evil and keeping it far away from our camp. May we merit to see the day when the whole world knows Hashem and serves Him with one heart, b’viyas go’el tzedek, bimheira v’yameinu, Amen.

BLOGGER NOTE: It is my estimation that those “jabbed” have lost some of their “spiritual soul” and the ability to make “religious decisions”. One should listen to Rabbi Mendel Kessin in his recent Shiur, where he speaks about the ‘stages, or elements” of each Jew, his ‘soul’ and it’s abilities, AND THAT IT CAN BE PREVENTED FROM FUNCTIONING FULLY. Weekly Hashkafa Shiur #134 “The Mechanism of Man's Interaction with the Divine”

at “https://youtu.be (no space) /_KXjoNQ1xT4. But listen carefully, with the above article in mind. I would even begin by first listening to Weekly Hashkafa Shiur #133.

I believe Rabbi Kessin, knowingly or unknowingly, is addressing our current Jewish National CRISIS.

addendum:  When reading a specially created article on the Para Adumah by The Temple Institute [https://templeinstitute.org/para-aduma-the-red-heifer/], therein it said:

"On the other hand, the heifer’s unique red color represents sin and iniquity. This can be seen as a metaphor for a human soul. The soul given to each and every one of us by G-d comes to this world in complete purity in order to serve G-d in a state of purity, holiness, and righteousness. Furthermore, the soul is meant to elevate the material man, to refine his qualities and his evil inclination. On the other hand, man who acts in accordance with negative tendencies, is engrossed in material issues, and stumbles in sin, may “defile”, so to speak, something in his soul, like a thin shell that externally is wrapped around it."
