A historic, inspiring, and emotionally charged gathering in the heart of London: Thousands of Jews from across the United Kingdom assembled for an unprecedented grand reception welcoming the supreme Torah leaders of our generation – Maran the Leader of the Generation, Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Moshe Hillel Hirsch shlit"a, and Maran Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Dov Lando shlit"a.
The Gedolim undertook this monumental journey with profound self-sacrifice as part of the worldwide 'Keren Olam HaTorah' rescue mission, established to secure the survival and independence of the Yeshivot and Kollelim in Eretz Yisrael. In his powerful address to the massive crowd, Maran Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Dov Lando delivered an unforgettable message on Jewish continuity and the eternal sanctity of the Torah: "Dear brothers, cherished residents of London! We have arrived here from the Land of Israel, together with the leaders of Torah and piety, for the sake of the Torah of Eretz Yisrael! We must know that the Torah is eternal! Every single person carries both the supreme privilege and duty to belong to the Torah: in learning Torah, in honoring Torah, and in living according to the Torah. Everyone desires and is obligated to raise children dedicated to Torah, fear of Heaven, and refined character. When children see with their own eyes that Torah is the most important and precious treasure to you – it is etched into their hearts forever and ever!". Watch this historic moment of Kiddush Hashem, Jewish unity, and the enduring strength of Torah leadership.
