Why doesnt someone sue the battery makers (class action group) for designing a faulty battery that is PRONE TO EXPLODE AND BURST INTO FIRE AND KILL FAMILIES. This is NOT the first tragedy! The stick vacumn also uses a recharging battery, so i wont buy one. Dont trust Mfg.
BRONX TRAGEDY: Four Family Members, Including Three Children, Killed In Apartment Fire Sparked By E-Scooter Battery
Four members of the same family, including three children ages 11, 15 and 16, have died following a devastating apartment fire in the Bronx caused by a lithium-ion battery from an electric scooter.
The fire broke out Wednesday inside an 11th-floor apartment at the Patterson Houses in Mott Haven. Officials say the scooter was charging near the front door, blocking the family’s escape. The children’s father survived and remains hospitalized.
