Rosh Hashanah is viewed in Jewish tradition as a universal day of judgment for all creation and humanity, not just the Jewish people. And we know Who that JUDGE is.

- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
- Asia: India (represented as part of the British delegation/empire)
- Note: While 32 nations formally took part, major powers like the United Kingdom, United States, and Francerefused to change their strict immigration quotas, and only the Dominican Republic offered to accept a significant number of refugees.
