The Latest Scapegoats for Oct 7, and Much More
A deluge of wild propaganda, and authentic Torah in response
In this week’s Torah class we learned about the six-day war you probably never heard of, based on hints in the Torah and a fascinating account in the Yalkut Shimoni and Sefer HaYashar. It sheds new light on the dispute between Yaacov and his sons over the war against Shechem, and the competing considerations we face to this day.
The class is embedded above and on Rumble here.
The traitors, phonies, cronies, and assorted riffraff are still making a show of investigating how October 7 could have possibly happened. Here are their latest discoveries:
Hamas terrorists managed to disable Merkava Mark 4 tanks in the Gaza border area using a secret button usually known only to armored crews, reporter Doron Kadosh revealed on IDF Radio…
…According to the findings, Hamas gathered intelligence on Merkava Mark 4 tanks over a long period, relying on footage posted on social media by soldiers…Hamas knew internal gate codes at outposts, critical technical details of the tanks, and weak points in the security barrier. A significant part of this knowledge was obtained due to a lack of proper information security on social media.
Now we’re supposed to believe soldiers posted all this information on social media — gate codes and secret buttons to disable tanks! — and the crackerjacks keeping us safe just figured it out now. Meanwhile, no one’s been prosecuted, let alone the ones most responsible for the “intelligence failure”, but yeshiva students are hunted down and sent to jail. It’s quite a stretch.
Three days after the conditioning, they gave us this:
According to a report by Galei Tzahal, the new system, called “Morpheus”, is based on artificial intelligence technology and is intended to scan the public accounts of about 170,000 soldiers.
Morpheus is a Greek god. How appropriate for a fake-Jewish state.
Then again, at least they didn’t hijack the Torah for a name.
The IDF acknowledges that the new initiative “pushes the boundaries of privacy and restraints on power”, but stresses that it is a necessary step given the damage caused by information leaked to social networks, which allowed Hamas to build a comprehensive intelligence apparatus before the October 7th massacre.
First of all, they are literally blaming rank and file IDF soldiers for October 7. They have such contempt for you, and yet you keep “serving” them. That’s on you.
Second of all, once again they “pushing the boundaries of privacy and restraints on power” for your own safety. Meanwhile, the power of state institutions that failed to protect you, including the IDF, the Mossad, and the Shabak, is not being curtailed, only expanded. Funny how that works.
They fail, you pay the price, they expand their power. If I didn’t believe make a religion out of serving them, I might suspect that this is deliberate.
It’s a good thing your Erev Rav leaders are learning lots of lessons from October 7. They keep learning and refining their methods. Consider this report from 2017:
A new, short but arresting book titled They Had Already Removed the Camouflage Nets tells the story of the painful events of the Yom Kippur War in the Golan Heights from the perspective of an IDF radioman who was exposed to unendurable sights and a disturbing conversation between IDF generals.
More than four decades later, Israel is still occupied with national soul searching regarding the 1973 Yom Kippur War, which ended in victory, but claimed 2,656 Israeli lives and left an enduring scar in the national psyche, coming only six years after the miraculous Six Day War. It is now known that then US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger prevented Prime Minister Golda Meir from calling up the reserves although he knew the war would break out, that the Intelligence Services failed to warn of impending war and that Israel was perilously close to defeat in the first few days…
Cohen continued: “Later on, the name Joe Alon was mentioned as someone who revealed a document in which Kissinger and Dayan allegedly signed an agreement that would give the Syrians and Egyptians a small victory that might take the lives of 200 to 300 Israeli soldiers, but that Arab national pride would be restored, after which they would agree to sign a peace agreement for thousands of years.Dayan thought it worthwhile, he felt that the cost was the worth it. This was the same Dayan who visited Tel Fares 11 days before the war and declared ‘there will be war’.”
Cohen adds that while in a “fixed” soccer game, those who rig it are put in jail, “in this case there were thousands who were sold out, when they thought they would sell out 300, and I am one of those few who were there. They just sold us. General Hofi was shocked and said he’d heard rumors, but Peled openly said that it had already been delivered.Hofi told us that Gorodish (the new and inexperienced commander of the southern front, later blamed for the initial failure and high casualties, ed.) was visiting the Northern Command and told him that there had been an organizational overhaul: There were no tanks on the ramps as per regulation, oil taps intended to ignite the canal in the case of an Egyptian crossing were not opened, and mines that were supposed to block the Egyptians had been blown up earlier. In other words, the Egyptians were given absolute autonomy to cross the canal and kill our soldiers so that they could reach the target of overrunning seven kilometers east of the [Suez] canal.”
He said that commanders also brought them to positions without them knowing how to use their weaponry. One example is when the commander of the outpost arrived at Tel Fares with three Vulcan 022 anti-aircraft guns, but in less than 15 minutes the weapons were rendered inoperative. “They stood in the wrong place. The shells fell in such a way that the guns were destroyed. A Syrian unit entered and slaughtered them. Twenty-three men were butchered with knives. These are things that people must be told. Leaders must draw conclusions and lessons so that this will never happen again. Our children must never be in a similar situation, not one that has even the slightest resemblance to that time.”
Any resemblance between this deliberate internal sabotage and October 7 is purely coincidental. Your leaders are rising like lions to protect you, and would never sell you out again. Hamas got all their information from Dudu in Afula posting stuff on social media.
Just today they finally reported why the air force wasn’t around on October 7:
According to Yedioth Aharonoth, at the center of the conclusions lies the hours-long delay to implement the order to divert the Air Force’s efforts to the Gaza border fence and the routes used by the terrorists to invade Israel.
The order, which Gaza Division Commander BG Avi Rosenfeld gave at 9:47 a.m., was only implemented a while later, once it was too late.
Instead, Operation “Sword of Damocles” was launched, a large-scale attack plan that had been coordinated in advance by the Southern Command, Operations Directorate, and the Air Force to strike deep-seated targets in the Gaza Strip. The jets that were in the air, as well as the intelligence collection means, were routed to the mission, leaving the front in the Gaza envelope nearly defenseless.
That’s right, folks. The IDF couldn’t bomb the Toyota pickup trucks invading Israel because they were too busy striking who-knows-what deep inside Gaza. It would have been a shame for those plans to go to waste.
This also just in:
According to Bibi 2.0 Naftali Bennett, who just won’t go away already, the IDF is now facing a “manpower shortage” of 20,000 soldiers (formerly 12,000 and 15,000, but the meat grinder continues to grind). Of course, the only rational response is not to hold the leaders responsible for this carnage accountable, but to send them more meat to grind. Specifically, everyone’s favorite scapegoat: non-Zionist yeshiva students.
Pushing back on the Haredi claim that Torah study cannot be combined with military service, Bennett cited the Biblical passage in which Moses rebukes the tribes of Gad and Reuben by asking, “Shall your brothers go out to war while you sit here?”
“All the heroes of the Torah were warriors — Joshua bin Nun, Gideon, King David — all were great fighters! Myriads of soldiers from the religious Zionist community proved themselves in this war in all their glory, with a Gemara in hand in the heart of Khan Yunis! This is the true Judaism,” he continued, calling on “every citizen of Israel to stand together with the soldiers of the IDF against this anti-Zionist law.”
What a talmid chacham Naftali Bennett is! I can almost see his yarmulke, too! Who better to define true Judaism for us?
As Chazal teach us, wherever the minim distort the Torah, the rebuttal is right there. This oft-hijacked quotation from Moshe in no way supports these people’s position. I explained this in the first twenty minutes of this Torah class from a few months ago: The Root Cause of Heresy and Blindness. Chazal tell us to know what to answer a heretic, so I hope you’ll watch it and put it to good use.
But that’s not all from Bennett. In this Hebrew article, he actually claims that the IDF needs 20,000 more soldiers in order to protect the borders of the State of Israel. The only option is to draft "our brothers, the Charedim, so they can share the burden, or to decree on our slaves reservists an additional 120 days of reserve duty per year, on a fixed basis…”
That’s right, folks, Haredim are now the scapegoats not only for current and future IDF soldiers having their lives completely destroyed, but for the next October 7, too. Can’t protect the borders without them…
When will you finally stop believing their ridiculous lies, allowing them to manipulate you, taking their hate-bait, digging your own mass grave, and calling it all a mitzvah?
