You can find info and maps at: http://www.chabad.org/media/pdf/263/QiNS2639457.pdf
You'll have to download the pdf and scroll to see the maps.
What's interesting, is that Rabbi Deutsch has collected thousands and myriads of actual items from Biblical times mentioned in the Chumash for ALL to see. He also has a CD that shows the Mitzri chariot wheels in the Reed Sea where he indicates they crossed. http://www.thelivingtorahmuseum.com/Contact_us.html I posted about them last Passover. If you ever get to BP you might like to visit the Museum.

The route to Mt. Sinai map that you posted looks very different than my perception of their route. Interesting. Where is this map from?
From Rabbi Deutsch of the Living Torah Museum in Boro Park. He has a very recent spot on Arutz Sheva.
I realize that.
It is also different from what The Rebbe has in his writing on this Parsha. Will try to also post The Rebbe's maps. IY"H
