When i look at these bochurim (even tho an ai depiction) i remember what i read in the fascinating book, “The Miracle”
It was about the 50 or so bochurim that were sent into auschwitz-birkenau and then were taken out! Thats the miracle!! They lived and are interviewed in this book. But what was so much more revealing and tearing eyes generated, were the events these 50 plus the other hundreds (maybe thousands of youths, male and female) that lived thru their ingenuity and daring, roll call after roll call in front of that Herr Doctor the rest of their years in that rat hole! I highly recommend this book; its not like the other Holocaust books, even they also were/are worthy of a read.
