And also if you can, give a source for the Towers. TY Rabbi Winston has told us that those living in E Y will be able to ‘fly’. So maybe we won’t need elevators in those sky scrapers?

“ will be established in the Land of Israel, as it is said (Jeremiah 40:18)” this says ‘established’ not flown via the sky and clouds and land in Eretz Yisrael. You may mean an aggadah or wishful thinking. We the Jews/Settlers of reestablished Land of Eretz Yisrael need to begin the process of building and Moshiach will complete the process. In my opinion it’s a two-way process. Maybe the ivrit uses a different term? The English translation is ‘established’. Further : שיקבעו (she-yikbe'u): "That they establish," "settle," or "determine their place" (from the root kuf-bet-ayin).

I don't believe that building huge shuls in Galut is problematic. They will be transferred to E"Y eventually anyway.
