ONE QUESTION:  Where does one put their Sukkah?

No Succah patio!

Some of the other Towers appear to have very low ceilings.
Then there are the grandiose apts that try to appeal to the richer and larger foreign families. But I ask, who is going to clean all that floor space and windows?? They’ll need prof. cleaning co. to do that? And if one is on the 20th or 30th floor and the elevators don't work or stop in between floors……what then?  Plus how to breathe fresh air inside your palace?

THEN THERE IS THE REMAKING OF TALPIOT:

A very 'secular' impression

If Torah Jews kept סוכות in Manhattan, despite living in flats without porches, I'm sure they can do in ירושלים. There are ירושלים neighborhoods that were built for the secular without open porches, and they became religious- even חרדי.
Even in חרדי neighborhoods, there are building with tiny porches that can't accommodate more than 3 at a time.

The wealthy want to buy apartments in ירושלים, and if they have the means, they will buy in your neighborhood, whether you like it or not. They will pay 5,000,000 for a two bedroom. They will outbid you and your children. I'm sure you'd prefer it if they purchased in Talpiot than your neighborhood. Basic economics tells us that more supply will bring prices down.
Lower prices, means less economic pressure on families, and than means larger families, which in turns effects the demographic balance which means sovereignty in יו"ש.

(There is an economic problem that exists everywhere in the country. Residential Arnona does not provide enough funds to the city to provide sufficient services to residents of those apartments. And that's even when the residents don't receive discounts. That's why many cities don't want to build or expand. They can't afford it.)

ירושלים should continue to expand in all dimensions, and may we all see the day when she will surpass Manhattan, Babylon, Susa, Rome and Athens.
