Just like you said below, PMBN could easily shut off electricity and water, and refuse to send food to them.
He may sound like a leader, but does he act like one?

18 sons nifter, Hashem yikom damam...he wants to just set Hamas back a.little. Really? Really? How about obliterate the enemy? How about shut.down electricity? How about stop sending billions in$ that goes to their military? Enough already....
