What could be a glimpse into the world of our Avos and Imahos
is a photograph of an Iranian girl herding sheep
taken by a Lukasz Zielonka, captioned:

"I took this photo during my trip to Iranian nomadic pastoralists tribes of Bakhtiaris.
The shepherd girls just came back from the hills.
Zagros Mountains, Iran."

Rochel Imeinu was very beautiful, and the girl in this photo is also very becoming. She is not under ten years of age, but with a little imagination, one can almost step back in time to Yaakov Avinu's visit to Lavan's "country".
Below are an assortment of children living as our ancestors once did. Notice the little boy with a robe resembling a talit:
P.S. I realize I may be stretching it a tiny bit, but it is part of my fascination with the Lost Tribes, and the fact that Israelites were scattered among the nations, Iran being one of them.
