• Hasidim must sign a form that promises that they will have no Internet access at home.

• Hasidim who must have Internet access for their jobs can only use the specific filtered Internet access Satmar itself approves. (This gives Satmar complete access to every hasid's Internet logs and a list of every website a hasid visits.)

• Hasidim must list the cellphone numbers of every member of their family including children, and all cellphones must be brought to a special committee to verify that they have no Internet capabilities.

• Any hasid who does not fully comply with all the demands set out in this form will no longer be considered a member of the Satmar community and their children will not be allowed to study in Satmar schools or attend Satmar summer camps.
