These evil decrees continue until there will only be G-D fearing Generals and Commanders at the helm. These athiestic leaders will most likely not do teshuva. Those now in positions of authority are the Eirev Rav. Meanwhile, these wonderful soldiers are suffering because of the hierarchy. No different than 2000 & more years ago.
