Warning Signs MIAMI UPDATE

Sudden stoppage of NJ building's Shabbat elevator sparks lawsuit

Elevator was essential for elderly and disabled observant residents to leave their apartments on Shabbat and holidays.

Eleven Jewish residents of The Colony, a 32-floor full-service cooperative apartment building in Fort Lee, New Jersey are suing the building, its board members and its management company alleging religious discrimination.

They are also arguing that some of the residents’ rights have been violated under the reasonable accommodation clause due to handicap with regard to the building.

Someone 911’d a Miami Condo?

From one video captured of the actual demolition of the back half of the Condo, one can see flashes of light before, during and slightly after the building “pancaked down”. I wonder who lived in one of those that 55 apartments? Was this a warning to the Governor?

Witness Report:

A GAPING HOLE OF RUBBLE'

Witness Barry Cohen thought the sound of the building collapsing was "lightning" as he and his wife were asleep. The couple went onto their balcony, then opened the door to the building's hallway to find “a pile of rubble and dust and smoke billowing around.”. . . “I couldn’t walk out past my doorway,” said Cohen, the former vice mayor of Surfside.

“A gaping hole of rubble.”

“This was not an act of God,” Surfside Town Commissioner Eliana Salzhauer told USA Today. “This was not a natural disaster. Buildings don’t just fall.””

Even though we believing Jews know everything that happens in this world is known by HaShem, there is always someone on the ground responsible!

I saw somewhere that someone called this a “CRUSH” .... sound familiar?

Rabbi Winston: Parshat Balak – “That could never happen in America!”

AS THE EXPRESSION goes, “Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it.”

The story of Bilaam is a classic example of how someone can want something so badly that they endanger themselves to get it. The story of Bilaam and Balak is a classic example of how people can confuse hope with reality, and lose everything as a result.

On a speaking trip to the States about a decade ago, I was confronted by someone from the audience. I was trying to explain how what happened in Europe to the Jews could happen to the Jews spread out across the Western world today. He didn’t like that, and protested saying, “That could never happen in America!”

So I asked him, “You know that for a fact, or you HOPE that it is true?” He paused to think for a moment, and realizing that he had not based his opinion on solid evidence, he backed down…somewhat.

Realizing that he wasn’t going to abandon his opinion that quickly, and that others in the audience shared it, I asked him why he thought American Jewry was safer than pre-Holocaust European Jewry. He cited some observations and opinions, but each one had its parallel in pre-Holocaust history, and his argument lost its steam.

After that, I explained how antisemitism is not just another form of racism, but something more supernatural, and therefore, less predictable. I gave examples of how quickly in the past host populations have gone from being civil and friendly to their Jewish communities to being antisemitic and hostile. The argument, I had thought and apparently others as well, was pretty conclusive.

However, I did not hear from the “protester” the rest of the evening, nor did he stay around after to ask questions. I have no idea where he went after in his thinking, whether he took to heart what I had said, or just forgot about it once he left the talk. Unfortunately, it is only natural to not take danger seriously until it is too late to stop it, like when they come knocking on the doors to take Jews away.

At the right time, hope is an asset that can lead to great results. At the wrong time, it can be a death trap. Bilaam had really hoped that somehow he would be able to overcome all the obstacles to cursing the Jewish people, and become even more famous and richer. Instead he failed miserably, losing his reputation and then finally his life.

Likewise, for a decade as Hitler, ysv”z, rose to power, European Jews hoped that he would never become strong enough to make good on his plan to rid Germany, and then the world, of Jewry. And as the situation worsened, they had hoped that it would it would turn around for the better. Little did they know just how much worse it would get.

HE HADN’T HOPED blindly. Bilaam had understood that there were things he had to do to try and influence the outcome, to increase the odds that his hope could become reality. For example:

In the morning Bilaam arose, saddled his she-donkey and went with the Moabite dignitaries. (Bamidbar 22:21)

From here [we learn] that hate causes a disregard for the standard [of dignified conduct], for he saddled it himself. The Holy One, Blessed Is He, said, “Wicked one, their father Avraham has already preceded you, as it says, ‘Avraham arose in the morning and saddled his donkey’” (Bereishis 22:3). (Rashi)

So what? Avraham was not the first or last dignitary in history to have saddled his own donkey. What difference does it make if Bilaam did, and why is that another reason to criticize him?

Because, unlike Avraham, Bilaam was full of himself. He was egotistical that it was particularly unusual for him to degrade himself so. Furthermore, Avraham was on his way to do an act of great self-sacrifice, and saddled his own donkey to show his zealousness to fulfill the will of G–D. Bilaam was zealous to change the will of G–D, and go against it if necessary.

So why did Bilaam do it? Because his distorted perception of reality told him that if wanted to overcome the merits of the forefathers, he had to mimic them in his own way, for his own purpose. This is why he is called “wicked one,” because there is little more wicked than taking something that is meant for good and using it for bad.

Like building altars and offering sacrifices on them. In those days when gentiles did that, it was usually for idol worship. Balak and Bilaam offered sacrifices to G–D, normally a very holy and righteous thing. But Balak and Bilaam did it to curse the people that G–D had blessed, a very unholy and evil thing.

That was Balak and Bilaam. The Jews of the Diaspora have built shuls, chadarim, yeshivos, and chesed organizations for the right reasons. But these cannot become reasons to stay in golus when the time has come to leave, because then these start to exist for the wrong reasons. In Europe, most of them were destroyed, and there were some horrifying cases when Jews died trapped inside of them.

Sometimes we can “use” mitzvos to buy favor with G–D, and even use them to avert an “evil” decree. But other times doing so can have just the opposite effect, in particular if a decree is already set in motion. Then they can even worsen the situation.

WHILE WE CELEBRATE Bilaam’s failure to curse the Jewish people, we tend to forget his success. It was his plan to send the daughters of Midian into the Jewish camp that led to 24,000 from the tribe of Shimon dying from plague, and 176,000 being executed by the Sanhedrin for idol worship.

Though Bilaam was killed in the soon-to-follow battle against Midian, his “legacy” lives on past him until this very day. So many Jews today who reject Eretz Yisroel have no idea that the materialism that stands in their way of making aliyah, or even just wanting to, was Bilaam’s doing long, long ago.

The Shem M’Shmuel explains that the goal of Balak and Bilaam was to keep the Jewish people from crossing the Jordan river as a nation. Had all 600,000 males between the ages of 20 and 60 crossed the Jordan at one time and conquered and settled it together, the Sitra Achra would have been neutralized. As a result, the final redemption would have occurred, and evil would have been destroyed. It would have been the end of the likes of Balak and Bilaam.

They already knew they could not destroy the Jewish people, as the defeat of Sichon and Og made clear. They learned that they could not curse the Jewish people, as Bilaam’s failure revealed. The only option left that had any chance of working was to make the Jewish people their own worst enemy, and historically that always seems to work.

That means getting the Jewish people to sin. If the Jewish people can be enticed to sin, then G–D will stop protecting them and they will become vulnerable to “natural” forces of destruction. It might be an invading army, or might be a plague, but either way, G–D will do something to express His displeasure about the spiritual deterioration of the nation.

Even though Bilaam was from Midian, as was Balak before he was “hired” to be king of Moav to deal with the “Jewish Problem,” Midianite women were chosen for a specific reason. The negative spiritual reality that drove their way of live was ta’avah, an innate desire for material pleasures. It was Midian's specialty, and Balak and Bilaam knew it was the one “klipah” (negative spiritual trait) that could make Eretz Yisroel look less appealing to a Jew than the Diaspora.

THEY GOT TO witness one part of their plan working. The tribe of Shimon acted promiscuously with Midianite women and 24,000 died by plague. Others were enticed to idol worship, and 176,000 were executed by Bais Din. Had Pinchas not stepped in and killed Zimri in his famous act of zealousness, the numbers would have been a lot higher.

What they did not live to see was the tribes of Reuven and Gad, with half of the tribe of Menashe, later asking to live on the east side of the Jordan. All kinds of reasons are given for what they had been thinking, to make such a request after the original episode of the spies doomed them to 39 extra years in the desert. But the bottom line was a material one: the land east of the Jordan appeared to them to be better suited for raising their cattle.

Boom! That was it! The fulfillment of the dynamic duo of destruction’s plan. The requisite 600,000 males did not settle the land together, the redemption did not occur, and Reuven, Gad, and half of Menashe were the first tribes hauled off into exile when it finally came. And here we sit today, thousands of years later, waiting for the final redemption. Once again, materialism is the key issue for many who reject aliyah.

Some would argue that aliyah is a “Zionist thing,” and feel justified for avoiding it. The Zionists just made aliyah more fashionable in recent years, but aliyah has always been a Jewish thing, and the tendency to allow materialism to cloud the issue, a Bilaam thing. Ya’akov Avinu made that clear when he gave this world to Eisav on a silver platter, and only took what he “earned” in Eretz Yisroel down to Egypt with him.

It’s not that Bilaam caused the Jewish people to like materialism. It is only human to do so. It’s that he got the Jewish people to like it so much that it could become more important than the spiritual. “I would never be able to have as many guests for Shabbos, or feed them as well,” an anti-aliyah person told me once, “if we moved to Eretz Yisroel!”

And therefore?

Hachnasas orachim—having guests, as the Talmud says, is like welcoming the Shechinah, and a hugely important mitzvah, especially on Shabbos and Yom Tov. But making Shabbos and Yom Tov in Eretz Yisroel is Shabbos and Yom Tov on an even higher level. Besides, as we learn from Avraham Avinu at the beginning of Parashas Vayaira, if a person wants guests badly enough, G–D will make it work.

That goes for any mitzvah as well. It doesn’t really make sense that G–D would help a person move to His favorite land and then deny them a chance to do mitzvos while there. If anything, aliyah might mean a shift in priorities and an emphasis on different mitzvos that we have been used to focusing on. In the end, the only thing that counts is, that we have done what G–D wanted us to do, not what we wanted G–D to want us to do.

Therefore, even though Balak and Bilaam are long gone, their plan still lives on. And who knows, perhaps they have reincarnated, just as the generation of the desert and the Erev Rav have, to strengthen their old plan. And if we’re going to continue to be our own worst enemy, then we do Balak’s and Bilaam's work for them, and pay the price for it as well.

Rabbi Kahana: Balak – The Root of Our Fears

 BS”D

Parashat Balak 5781

Rabbi Nachman Kahana

The Root of our Fears

The world’s most advanced engineering company has just designed and completed its most complex outer space satellite. It was the combined minds of hundreds of engineers, computer experts and technicians in creating thousands of new parts and elements designed to work in synchrony without a loss of even one split second between its many stages. Now after years of planning and assembling, the apparatus is ready for operation.

At this moment the apparatus is a dead conglomerate of wires, transistors etc., lacking the energy to bring it alive when all the elements will begin interacting to their full capacity. The press of a button and the flow of electrons will bring it life.

5781 years, 9 months and 12 days ago on the first of Tishrei year one, HaShem completed the initial elements of His world: Gan Eden, Adam, Chava and the Nachash (snake).

According to Chazal (our rabbis) Adam and Chava became alive at 3 PM in Paradise and met the nachash. By 6 PM they had all sinned and were expelled into the reality that we call “this world”.

Adam, Chava and the Snake were strangers to each other, but the goal that HaShem intended for them was to interact and begin what we call “society”. What was the “energy” that HaShem introduced into the trio that began the interaction between man, woman and the snake?

It was the energy called “Fear”. Fear stemming from who they were.

Adam feared the limiting human constraints imposed on him by the Creator and sought to achieve G–Dly qualities, as stated in parashat Bereishiet (3,22):

ויאמר הא-להים הן האדם היה כאחד ממנו לדעת טוב ורע ועתה פן ישלח ידו ולקח גם מעץ החיים ואכל וחי לעלם

And the Lord G–D said: Man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat and live forever.

Chava feared her future being secondary to Adam from who she was formed.

The Nachash lusted Chava and feared his unfulfilled future existence.

The fear that gripped each of the three initiated the attitude of each one to himself and to the others. Their fears formed the future competition and rivalry between individuals and between nations and the blood lust history of Mankind.

Fear of One’s Personal Welfare

In our parasha, Balak takes Bil’am to a place overlooking the Jewish encampment from where Bil’am will be able to curse the entire Jewish Nation. Bil’am disappoints when instead of cursing, the evil sorcerer blessed the Jews. At this point Balak should have realized that Bil’am would not bring him victory; however instead of sending Bil’am away, Balak takes him to another area from where he would be able to view the Jews. However, Bil’am again blesses them, and surprisingly, Bil’am is taken to a third overlook where he blesses the Jews again.

How bizarre that Balak repeats his disappointment three times.

However, Balak was one smart goy. The entourage of Balak and Bil’am were high above the Jordan lowlands where the Jews could not hear what was going on the mountains of Moav. But Balak knew that they were able to discern the machinations and hand motions that were going on atop the mountain. Balak knew that the Jews below would conclude that they were being cursed.

Balak’s intentions were to put fear in the hearts of the Jews, that it would be sufficient to weaken their resolve to militarily conquer the Canaanites.

Here again fear for one’s personal welfare would corrupt and turn one away from fear of Hashem even after witnessing the great miracles that Hashem had performed over the last 40 years.

Today’s Many Forms of Fear

Unfortunately, what is preventing mass aliya to the holy land is the multiple mass fears the Jews of the galut experience; fear of change, fear of financial failure, fear what their neighbors will think about their “irrational behavior” on making aliya, etc.

The leadership of our Medina is gripped with many forms of fear. If not for their fear of what the world might say, we would have long ago destroyed Hamas of Azza. A strong hand against the local Arabs, that would overcome fear of being called an apartheid state, would force the Arab terrorists to behave as a minority should.

HaShem expects the Jewish nation to live with trust in Him, without fear of the goy.

However, there is a positive side to fear which I will put forth, next week be”H.

Shabbat Shalom

Have a meaningful fast this coming Sunday, the 17 of Tamuz.

Arab Smoke Terror – Burning Tires Against Jews

Throw Some Water On Them!

'Smoke Terror' Against Community of Evyatar in Samaria

Arabs burn tires every night near new community, polluting the air. This footage is from yesterday during Evyatar Bar Mitzvah celebration.

This is a companion piece to  Oh, Really! that gives some background to the above, and why they are burning tires to terrorize Jews in Eretz Yisrael.

Meir Ettinger 6.23.21 – The Northern Faction

The northern faction continues to act with the eyes of the authorities closed

This week, Kamal Khatib was released from custody in a delusional verdict by Judge Arafat, who stated, among other things, that "there is no apparent evidence of sympathy with a terrorist organization," while Kamal Khatib's activities, like those of other activists, are visible and clear.

Against the background of the attempt of the incoming BTP minister, Omar Bar-Lev and Ram Ben-Barak, chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, to declare the Lehavah an illegal association, we will mention something important: About 6 years ago, the State of Israel declared the northern faction Those who have been at the forefront of disturbances in the last cities involved as an illegal association. The activity of the northern faction has never stopped and the State of Israel has never really made efforts to stop it. The imams on behalf of the movement operate in mosques, The visible and free connection of all this activity to the outlawed movement.

This week, Kamal Khatib was released from custody in a delusional verdict by Justice Arafat, who stated, among other things, that "there is no apparent evidence of sympathy with a terrorist organization," while Kamal Khatib's activities, like those of other activists, are visible and clear, including in his own Facebook posts. In them he openly calls himself the "deputy head of the Islamic movement."

This fact proves that the State of Israel, the Israel Police and the GSS have never really tried to stop the incitement machine of the northern faction, even in the lightest and simplest actions that are on the table. This fact has created the infrastructure by which riots broke out in all the northern factions. : Lod, Acre, Jaffa, the Negev and Umm al-Fahm.

As always, the State of Israel does not want and is unable to protect the Jews, it leaves them at the mercy of the terrorists of the Islamic movement, and even the little it has enacted too little and too late it does not try to enforce at all. Instead, as usual, Bennett's "right-wing government" will make every effort to stop the Jews who are warning of the disaster and who are preventing the terrorist monster that the Israeli government is cultivating from growing uninterrupted.

The declaration of the northern faction as an "illegal association" female in the name of the organization ا ………. The Islamic Movement, explicitly, alongside the list of senior officials and a division among them. In a simple search on Kamal Khatib's Facebook page, you can find dozens of clear results in which he signs on behalf of the movement, or speaks on its behalf.

If the State of Israel and / or the GSS wanted to stop the activities of the northern faction by law, it could have done so at any moment, but Judge Arafat ruled that there was no evidence to identify with a terrorist organization.

Here's the place to ask why they do not? Why are the activities of the arch-instigators allowed: Kamal Khatib in Kfar Kanna, Suleiman Agbaria in Umm al-Fahm, Osama Oqbi in the Negev, Ahmad Abu Uja in Jaffa, Yusuf Elbaz in Lod or someone who until a few weeks ago received a salary from the state as head of the Kfar Kanna council The reason is very simple, the GSS understands that the treatment of the Islamic Movement monster that he grew up without interruption because "Israeli Arabs are not an intelligence target" is too great for his abilities and has no power to stop its activities.

They therefore prefer to pursue a policy in which the Islamic movement will always have continuity and thus it will prefer to continue to conduct its activities rather than break the tools and open an intifada following the arrest of a lone leader. Therefore, they will arrest Raed Saleh only when they make sure that Khatib fills his place in the leadership of the movement and so on.

And what are the Israel Police and the GSS doing in the face of their utter helplessness in the face of the northern faction of the Islamic Movement? Facing the Arab enemy from home.

Meir Ettinger 23.7.21 –

We Are In Tremendous DARKNESS Right Before Mashiach

PREFACE COMMENTS:  It is going to be difficult and very challenging for us, Torah true Jews, upon watching what appears to be  a dismantling of our Mesorah and what HaShem has told us is the way we are to live, by Har Sinai Halacha. We may feel confused, and even angry when we see people that we believe are Jewish tearing away at the fabric of our traditions. They want the exclusion of religion in their societal life. They don’t want any religious restrictions. They want to be free of civil restraints, to do whatever they wish to do. And they will enact State laws to this effect. Very much in the way the Erev Rav wanted the golden calf.

It will be hard and for some a time of rethinking many of their long held illusions. They may be very angry and may want to fight the “anti-religious and anti-God” behavior of these people.

However, this is part of the process immediately before Mashiach comes on the scene. He may not all of a sudden appear, but may begin doing what HaShem wants him to do. And we will know him by his deeds and affect he has on the people and government of Israel and the world.

So, it is my belief that a cautious behavior is how we should go about our lives, of course not going along with any new “changes” this government enacts. But instead, increase our understanding and power of Emunah and Bitachon, while helping our “brothers and sisters” in any way we can, i.e. tzadaka, chessed.

The time is now to now to do a personal chesbon hanefesh in preparation for the Real Change coming our way.

Someone I listen to for updates, says “do not interfere with your enemy while he is in the act of his own downfall”.  HaShem is in control and He will bring our final Redemption as He did our first redemption in Mitzrayim, in an amazing way.

GLOBAL FAMINE . . . engineered?

FEAR IS THE GLUE OF PROGRESSIVES

ENGINEERED WEATHER WAR and

GLOBAL FAMINE: WHY? BIOENGINEERED TINY HUMANS FOR A ZERO CARBON FUTURE
As China arrests grains analysts for speaking about their grain shortages, and the US turns off the water to its crops, the question must be asked: why engineer a global famine? In this special Ice Age Farmer broadcast, Christian looks at their stated goals: a transhumanist future of bio-engineered tiny humans (with tiny carbon footprints, of course!), fed edible vaccines in fake food, unable to eat real meat. Only by understanding how extreme is the agenda we are facing can one fully appreciate the extent of the crisis they are manufacturing to achieve that agenda -- and the urgency with which we must fight it. Spread the word.

TRUTH WILL DISAPPEAR . . .a spirit of falsehood grabs

City of Spies

The mere fact that Jews are living outside the Land of Israel (Eretz Yisrael) is a desecration of G-d. Why? Op-ed. By Tzvi Fishman

The Gemara informs us that in the time immediately preceding the advent of Mashiach, known as the “Footsteps of Mashiach,” truth will disappear. A spirit of falsehood will grip the Jewish People and no one will want to hear the truth.

That time has arrived. The new government in Israel, which was founded upon falsehood and voter betrayal, is one example. Yesterday’s inauguration of the “City of Spies” in Mexico is another.

The “City of Spies” is my name for the disgraceful endeavor. Its organizers bill the pumped-up extravaganza as the “City of Torah.” Here is their press release:

Hundreds of members of the Jewish community of Mexico participated in a rare and uplifting Shabbat at the Marriott Hotel in Extep de la Salle near the new 'City of Torah' neighborhood. As Shabbat approached, the heads of the Torat Eliyahu Institution gathered to purchase land in the City of Torah, where a Yeshiva will be built on an area of 60,000 meters, with the yeshiva's main building in the center. About 40 houses are intended for students, who will dedicate their lives to the Torah and will be able to live in them free of charge. Several notable rabbis from the United States of America spent the weekend there, with the intent of emphasizing how the intention behind the City of Torah is to enjoy learning the Torah away from the stress of city life.”

The Spies in the Wilderness also wanted to establish a “City of Torah” away from the stress of conquering the Land of Israel and dwelling in the Promised Land in accordance with Hashem’s command. Their unwillingness to establish their Torah City in Israel was the greatest sin in Jewish History. The entire male generation was punished with death in the wilderness. Hashem called them rebels and non-believers for disobeying His command to live in Eretz Yisrael. Our Sages teach that their national betrayal fell on Tisha B’Av and set the foundation for the future destruction of the Temple and our exile from the Land.

Certainly, in the eyes of the prophet Ezekiel, the “City of Torah” in Mexico is a Chillul Hashem – a desecration of the Name of G-d. He declares:

And when they came to the nations into which they came, they profaned My Holy Name, in that men said of them: These are the people of the L-rd, and they are gone out of His land,” (Ezekiel, 36:20).

This prophecy is coming to tell us the mere fact that Jews are living outside the Land of Israel is a desecration of G-d. Why? Because in the eyes of the Gentiles, our presence in the Diaspora proclaims that G-d lacks the power to keep us in His Land. That was back then in Ezekiel’s days. Now in our time, when G-d has returned the Land of Israel to the Jews, the situation is even worse, for it seems, in the eyes of the Gentiles, that in clinging to Diaspora communities, and in establishing a “ City of Torah” in the Catholic country of Mexico, we prefer foreign lands to the Land which Hashem bequeathed to the Jews.

If the Jews of Mexico have the millions to build a “City of Torah” in the wilderness of Mexico, they could just as easily use the money to send yeshiva students to Israel to learn and to live. By turning their backs on the Promised Land, and choosing to stay in Mexico, or America, Australia, South Africa, or France, this is a desecration of G-d. This is what G-d’s prophet is telling us, and presumably, his rabbinical ordination is no less than the Rabbis who flocked to join the festive inaugural ceremonies in the Mexican hotel on Shabbat.

Lest you want to believe that these words are merely the ranting of Tzvi Fishman, here are some reader comments from the Hebrew Arutz 7 website in reaction to the “City of Torah” press release. All twenty entries condemn the project and the fanfare surrounding it, giving hope that truth has not vanished completely:

“The Chatam Sofer already cited the prohibition against building permanent structures in lands of impurity. The Meshech Chochmah writes that when Jews turn Berlin into Jerusalem a storm-wind will arise and uproot them. Jews of Mexico - rectify your errant ways and come to Israel!”

“What a disgrace!”

“Chillul Hashem!”

“City of Torah? In the impure land of the Gentiles? At the beginning of Sefer Devarim, Hashem tells the Jews to leave the wilderness and journey on to Eretz Yisrael. Our Sages teach that the Galut is the greatest bitul Torah that exists (Hagigah 5B). The Ramban teaches that the entire essence of the Torah and the observance of the commandments is only in Eretz Yisrael. We only continue to perform the mitzvot in the Diaspora lest we forget them. Making a celebration out of it is a disgrace. Wake up Jews!

“This is simply depressing.”

“City of Torah? In Chutz L’Aretz? What utter blindness!”

“Our Sages teach that in the future all synagogues and yeshivot in the Diaspora will be relocated to Eretz Yisrael. Why waste the energy of building a city of Torah in Mexico? Build the city in Israel now!”

“A total folly.”

“What is this love affair with Gentile countries?”

“We need you here

Shameful! To build a city of Torah amongst idol worshippers when Hashem has returned us to our Land? We should all fast and scream out to Heaven for forgiveness. A million Gevalts!”

To summarize – Amigos! Hombres! My heart’s devotion. Come and build Torah cities in Israel before Mexico falls into de ocean!

Oh, Really??

Do you dare use that language toward those falistinians that are stealing our land and developing it for themselves?? What hypocritical Antisemitics you are!! Purely political!!

The IDF is reportedly determined to go through with the evacuation of the settlement of Evyatar, after rejecting a construction plan filed by its residents.

In its response to the request, the IDF Central Command stated that Evyatar’s residents “violated the law in a blatant and grave manner, and this is conduct that can in no way be condoned.”

The IDF’s response also noted that what they call “Givat Evyatar” was established illegally and that everything done there was done expressly against the law without any procedures put in place to establish ownership or regulate construction. The Central Command also claimed that, “The establishment of this illegal settlement contributed to the undermining of a stable security situation in the region.”

And what about the EU buildings in Area C illegally built
for the falistinians

Any regional instability created by the existence of Evyatar is no different from that created by any other Jewish presence in the Land of Israel, for the past 100 years. They didn’t accept our presence then and to this day they do not accept our presence anywhere. To drive Jews out of their homes because of Arab riots can only be called surrender to terrorism. They should be ashamed of themselves.” Zvi Sukkot

An Assessment

To find truth, one must search with candles . . .
Harav Moshe Mordechai of Otwock
(Chassidim Mesaprim, Rabbi Y.L. Levin z”l)

I had been wondering what this NEXT PHASE of our Geulah Process means for us, and what Hashem might be telling us. The following are some of my perspectives on Our Current Situation (with simanim):

Our Father-in-Shamayim’s Eternal Embrace

A very powerful siman that struck the world, after the likewise “tragic accident?" in §Meron on L’ag B’Omer, was the climactic embrace of the father of Eitan Biran as their cablecar was sent careening down the Italian Alps. “*A Father’s Embrace” insured the survival of his son, the only survivor of that tragic accident. There is a video [https://youtu.be/hKEOuusO8Hwthat captures the last moments of the cablecar nearly reaching its landing, and then the cable snaps and . . . . (its painful to view, but a reminder of how fragile our lives really are, if not for the second by second protection of Hashem).

Why did Hashem deem that the People of Eretz Yisrael must have a secular government headed by a Shomer Shabbat Prime Minister, and other Shomer Shabbat members?

Netanyahu had to be ‘dethroned’ in order to leave open the opportunity for Teshuva of Israelis, as Rabbi Kessin says is necessary.
Netanyahu had to be ‘dethroned’ because he failed in his ‘assignment’ by the Rebbe.
Netanyahu, in all probability, might NOT be found guilty; but if he is it is for the former reason.

God had planned for Moshe Rabbeinu to die in the desert long before the episode of

Mei Merivah occurred, for other more profound and hidden reasons. So God caused

events to occur that would result in Moshe’s hitting of the rock, so that He would have a

pretext to “punish” him with death in the desert and fulfill His decree

Rabbi Winston, Chukas,

“The Holy One, Blessed Is He, “takes the wise in their own craftiness” (Iyov 5:13)

Hashem Shows Am Yisrael The Lesson of **Unity:

"If one takes an objective look – putting aside any open of its character – and considers what occurred to form this government, it is really quite incredible. . . . It is no secret that the only glue holding this diverse coalition together was … to remove Binyamin Netanyahu from … premiership at all costs”

"[…] If the truth of the common dedication to ousting Mr Netanyahu was enough to unite this group, l’havdil, but all the more so, the truth that defines the life of a Torah Jew should enable us to act with unity even while holding onto our many differences – the good and the bad, the pure and the impress and all those in-between.”

"[…]  this forces Torah Jews to look carefully inside themselves and determine what it is that truly defines them …."

Conclusion:  In Meron, Hashem showed us a powerful lesson on that very day that (retrospectively) the Talmidim of Rabbi Akiva stopped dying (due to lack of respect to one another) the 45 Holy Neshomos were taken to Shamayim (to concretise this lesson, as Rabbi Anava skillfully described for us);

What followed was a message from Shamayim (climactic embrace) that despite our ….  Our Father HKB”H wants us to know HE loves us and is watching over us.

And then we witness a “turnabout” election of a disparate group of ideologies come together in UNITY to govern Israel and Am Yisrael, primarily in opposition to the former PM that “ruled” for 12 years. The disenfranchised “anti” ideologies had had enough. But what was the real impetus behind this “coming together”? It was the failure of those 12 years (to stop the in-fighting) and bring the people closer to HKB”H. And to set the stage for the next phase of Our Geulah. Time is racing toward us to enable the End of History to Happen.

I see Meron as the Announcement of Hashem that He is taking over in Realtime!

“For what reason was the Torah given to the Jewish people? It is because they are impudent, and Torah study will weaken and humble them …
Rebi Meir

“But take away Torah from the Jew, and they revert back to being more arrogant than even some of the most arrogant people of the nations of the world. And not just arrogant, but ***cruel ….

Reb Neuberger: There May Yet Be Hope

THERE MAY YET BE HOPE

The Month of Tammuz inaugurates the most tragic period in the Jewish calendar. As we begin this month, in the year 5781, extremely disturbing events are taking place among the Jews in the Land of Israel.

As I write, the State of Israel has formed a government whose agenda is hatred of Torah. Last week we read how Korach attempted to challenge the leadership of Moshe Rabbeinu and the rule of Torah. It appears that we have learnt nothing since those dark days.

Is there any hope, my friends?

Or are we doomed to eternal failure and even self-destruction by our own obstinacy?

After hearing about the new government, I walked to the lookout point on my street where I can see the gravesite which lies on the opposite hilltop. That gravesite is where Shmuel ha Novi is buried, just outside Yerushalayim. Shmuel is the Prophet who anointed Dovid, the unknown shepherd, King of Israel thousands of years ago.

We desperately need a new prophet to anoint Moshiach in our days.

“When Hashem will reign, nations will tremble … the earth will quake …. Moshe and Aharon were among His priests and Shmuel among those who invoke His Name. They called upon Hashem and He answered them….” (Psalm 99)

We need the reign of Torah, not the reign of politicians. “Shomer Yisroel … Guardian of Israel, protect the remnant of Israel, let not Israel be destroyed, those who proclaim, ‘Hear Oh Israel.’” (Tachanun)

Moshiach must be imminent, but now thick darkness covers the earth. I think we must be prepared for events of the utmost difficulty, the overturning of everything we know. Those who walk this earth in arrogance cannot succeed. “They do not know nor do they understand. In darkness they walk. All foundations of the earth collapse….” (Psalm 82)

It is so clear why Korach’s punishment was that “the earth opened its mouth” to swallow them alive. The Mishnah (Pirkei Avos 5:8) says that this mouth was among those things Hashem created on the first Friday night of history, just before Shabbos. Once created, it can open again and swallow those who dare to challenge the King of Kings.

Korach opened his mouth to swallow others and he was swallowed by a gaping mouth. Midah k’negged midah, he was punished by his own crime. He tried to bury others and he was buried. So shall it be for all those who try to destroy in Hashem’s Holy Kingdom.

The worldwide rebellion in progress at this moment against the Torah is reminiscent of those generations at the beginning of history who were uprooted and destroyed because they rebelled against Hashem.

Someone said to me last week that there will never be another generation like the Generation of the Tower of Bavel, which was united by a common worldwide language. They built a tower to fight Hashem. Hashem destroyed their tower, their unity and scattered them to the ends of the earth.

“Many years were spent building the Tower. The ascending steps were on the east and the descending steps were on the west. It reached such a great height that it took a year to mount to the top. A brick was therefore more precious to the builders than a human being. If a man fell and died they paid no attention, but if a brick fell down, they wept, because it would take a year to replace it.” (Artscroll commentary)

Our generation is exactly the same, with the same unity, the same cruelty and the same worldwide rebellion. There is something today which unites every person in the world, whether they are living in a yurt in the Gobi Desert or a penthouse in Midtown Manhattan.

It is called the Internet.

Every person in the world can see the same image and hear the same words in the same millisecond. Every aspect of our world is run by the internet; everyone is connected by the internet. It is both the strength and the weakness of the entire world.

One can launch an atomic warhead by pressing a few keys. What power!

What weakness!

The moment this system collapses, the entire world structure will collapse (as described in my book, 2020 Vision). The only thing that can save us is if we are holding tight to Hashem and His Torah.

“Before Moshiach comes, Hashem will stretch a rope from one end of the world to the other and shake it vigorously. Those who hold on tightly will survive. Those who let go, won’t. These turbulent times are testing us in our faith in Hashem. We must hold on tightly until the end.” (The Chofetz Chaim as quoted in my book, Hold On)

Every day, after Aleinu, we say, “Do not fear sudden terror or the holocaust of the wicked when it comes. Plan a conspiracy and it will be annulled. Speak your piece and it shall not stand, for Hashem is with us. ‘Even until your seniority I remain unchanged and until your … old age I shall endure. I created you and I shall bear you. I shall endure and rescue.’”

There may be hope, my friends.

“Let him put his mouth to the dust. There may yet be hope.” (Eichah 3:29)
