Be Among the First Back in the Galilee!** 🌿
**Wednesday, August 12**
Now that peace has returned to Israel's north, join me for a fascinating day exploring one of our country's most beautiful regions.
Highlights include:
⛵ The **2,000-year-old boat** at the Yigal Allon Museum in Kibbutz Ginosar—the oldest Jewish fishing boat ever discovered.
🟦 The spectacular **Hukuk Synagogue Mosaic**, regarded as the finest ancient synagogue mosaic ever found, on special display for a limited time.
🏰 A guided tour and film at the **Fortress of the 28**, where we will learn the inspiring story of the Jewish heroes whose sacrifice helped secure Israel's northern border in 1948.
🍽️ Lunch in **Kiryat Shmona**, where we can support local businesses as the city recovers. (You may also bring your own lunch.)
🚜 Meet veteran Galilee farmer **Yariv Ben Ami**, who has led the fight against the criminal protection rackets targeting Jewish farmers, and hear firsthand about this ongoing struggle.
🚌 **Depart:** 8:30 a.m. from the Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem
🕖 **Return:** Approximately 7:00 p.m.
💰 **Cost:** 320 NIS
**Please register early.** Space is limited at several of the sites we will be visiting, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
