When a King of Israel Shut Down the Yeshivas and Shuls

History is repeating itself, but this time religious Jews are celebrating

Zionist gestapo are once again going around religious neighborhoods in Israel shutting down cheders [schools where young Jewish children receive their first formal Torah education].
I have to admit I never thought I would see the day when religious Jews, even "charedim" and chassidim, are celebrating someone as he shuts down shuls, yeshivas, weddings, and earning a living, among other assaults on the core of religious Jewish life. It is truly historic. This has never happened in Jewish history.
Here is a bit about what Chazal have to say on the subject.

(Shabbos 119b, Soncino translation with minor revisions):

Rav Yehuda said in Rav's name: What is meant by (Divrei Hayamim I 16:22), "Do not touch my anointed, and do my prophets no harm"? "Do not touch my anointed" refers to school children; "and do my prophets no harm", to disciples of the Sages.
Resh Lakish said in the name of Rabbi Yehuda the Prince: The world endures only for the sake of the breath of school children [studying Torah]. Rav Papa said to Abaye, What about mine and yours? He replied, Breath in which there is sin [that of adults] is not like breath in which there is no sin.
Resh Lakish also said in the name of Rabbi Yehuda the Prince: We do not cancel the [Torah study of] school children even to build the Beis Hamikdash.
Resh Lakish also said to Rabbi Yehuda the Prince: I have this tradition from my fathers — others state, from your fathers: Every town in which there are no school children shall be destroyed. Ravina said: It shall be laid desolate [with nothing remaining].

(Bereishis Rabba 42:3, and numerous other places):

“And it was in the days of Ahaz” (Yeshaya 7:1) — What trouble was there? “Aram from the east and the Philistines from the west” (Yeshaya 9:11). This may be compared to the son of a king against whom his tutor plotted in order to kill him. He said to himself: If I kill him now, I will be guilty of death to the king. Rather, I will withdraw his wet nurse from him, and he will die on his own. So said Ahaz: If there are no kids, there will be no rams; if there are no goats, there will be no sheep; if there are no sheep, there will be no shepherd; if there is no shepherd, there will be no world.

So he reasoned to himself: If there are no children, there will be no students; if there are no students, there will be no sages; if there are no sages, there will be no elders; if there are no elders, there will be no prophets; if there are no prophets, the Holy One, blessed be He, will not settle His Shechina upon them.

Thus it is written, “Bind up the testimony, shut up the instruction among My disciples” (Yeshaya 8:16).

Rabbi Chunia said the name of Rabbi Eliezer: Why was he called Ahaz? Because he seized [and closed up] the synagogues and schools.

The world literally exists from the merit of children studying Torah. We do not prevent children from studying Torah even to build the Beis Hamikdash. We certainly do not close yeshivas and shuls because heretics claim they are trying to keep up safe.
How are the Jewish people not in an uproar? How are they CELEBRATING THE VERY REGIME THAT IS DOING THIS? Why do I have to even argue with people about this? What is going on???

[me: blog note here: the Yidden are celebrating what Hashem is doing inside of what the Gov is waging for the Saudis (on the outside). They can’t or don't put 2&2 together]

What is going on???

The only historic victory is the one the Erev Rav have achieved over the Jewish sheep, convincing them to celebrate their complete subjugation to a tyrannical, godless regime. This is the first time in history the Jews not only go like lambs to the slaughter, but idolize their oppressors.
Can they make a vaccine for Stockholm Syndrome? At warp speed? Cases are skyrocketing, and it's become a pandemic that endangers us all.

Impossible!
As a teacher, I know the Mommys are doing fine with their kids. Torah prevails.
What's really happening is a transformation in reality. These same mommys bogged down in stupid jobs are now living their best life...at home with their kids. And us teachers are getting a much needed break. The Jewish world at least in EY is getting a break from the enslavement of The System. Liken to Mitzrayim when the slavery ended bf Geula.
