Russia never bombed the memorial at all.

It's all part of the propaganda campaign (all a theater play).
Actually, the 'media' has the biggest part in these world events.
They are the propaganda machine, thus, indoctrinating the public with lie after lie. These lies put fear in man and that's the easiest way of getting control over mankind. This way the good guy becomes the bad one and vice versa, when in reality, they are ALL the BAD GUYS!
