As many as 500 people evacuated their homes in northern France on May 31. Patients were moved from the local hospital. Approximately 3,000 homes were without electricity in Montargis.

YES IT IS a divine message! Thanks for posting this - I rarely go on Arutz Sheva - I would not have known about this. Their leaders should take note!
Absolutely agree with GoldieZP. Trouble is that the world never takes note because these nations are G-Dless.
