90,000 Being Evacuated From Raging Fire in Canadian Town

UPDATE: Amazing aerial photos of the scale of the wildfire (link ok to view)

This post below follows one I just posted. “I lost my entire family,” says Mr. Mosberg, Holding his Unique Torah Scroll, from the 70th Anniversary of Mauthausen. Today is Holocaust Memorial Day, May 5. This fire in Alberta, Canada, on May 5, is displacing 80-90,000 people from their homes, their past, their entire belongings. A Catastrophic Tragedy. They have their lives, and their family's lives. There are no coincidences.

“You look up and then you watch all the trees candle-topping … up the hills where you live and you’re thinking: ‘Oh, my god. We got out just in time,'” [...]“It’s an overwhelming feeling to think that you’ll never see your house again.”

Where do 90,000 People Go After Losing Their Homes and Everything They Own – Their Former Life is Over – They Now Need to Create a New Life.
